Need help with a saved story, a download or a purchase? Contact StoryMine support.

For help with a book, email [email protected]. Include the book link and a short description of what you were trying to do. A book link identifies your book; signing in is still required to view private pages.

Please do not attach a child’s photo, payment card information or passwords to a support message. For checkout questions, use an order reference rather than card details.

If illustrations or a download are interrupted, first reopen the saved book from My books. Completed pages remain in the book so you can continue rather than create another one.
